Boil 1/2 glass of water with sugar and saffron strand and a pinch yellow colour for 3 minutes, keep aside
Heat ghee in heavy bottomed pan and add cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon stick.
Now add 11/2 cup of water in wok, when water boils soaked and drained rice and cook till 80 % done.
Add sugar syrup,Raisins,chopped nuts,
Cook on low flame covered with lid for few minutes or until done.
Garnish with nuts.
